"The exercise is ideally two to three times a week, and aerobics such as bicycles, walking, swimming or anything that is burning or using our breathing is ideally done for half an hour," says dr.Boy.
In addition, choose the right exercise time. If you have time, exercise in the morning or afternoon in the sun good for endurance bone in old age later.
